I try to be patient w/bad spelling and grammar, but I know I'm a bit of a Grammar Nazi and I'm trying to lighten up (or go crazy, lol). BUT- there is a clear difference between an individual in a hurry or someone who simply isn't a good speller and someone who is unable to comprehend what's being discussed. I honestly don't see how kids are graduating high school with some of what I see/read. NO WAY would that have happened when I was in school. It's not just kids; it's adults, too. Everyone writes as if they're texting. It's abominable, IMO, and we wonder why other countries scoff at us.
