Pretorian you have high hopes of HD ED etc . A club that could not register itself, not file file income tax returns, have no PIN / TIN no. for itself as per Indian laws ... How can that club do HD ED DNA. Its in wrong hands and they just want it to continue being with them. The same guys who resigned are back except Mr.D.Krishnamurthy who refused to be part of this madness though It seems they wanted him badly.

Pretorian the guys did not have time to register their club and get a PIN / TIN no etc and file income tax returns for over a decade. That was for themselves and 'club'. How can you expect them to do something for dogs ......HD DNA ED. They have lost all credentials to run this 'club'. So I appeal to these guys.... None of you will make a sieger , or Siegerin..... Realise there is only one guy getting benifitted and you are all there bcos he wants you there to make use of you. SO stand up like men and do not wear bangles please. The GSD game needs you and its NOW.

We should learn from China. Thanks alot @ Ajit Mathew sir for raising this sort of candid , true and most needed topic over here. Are Media persons not interested in this kind news ? Media should step up in this direction and let every one know the truth..

Firstly i normally dont like to comment on this forum because lot of abusive language is used and i personnally feel that its bad taste. you want to write do so in your own name!

It was so evident at the AGM, other  than me and yourself NOt a single person present even uttered a word or had the guts to question the committee on any matters. That i guess tells the story as to why we are in such mess as far as the breed  and the club is concerned.

A lot of people keep on grumbling about the state of affairs of the club or the MALARCHY that is being practised well why dont they get together and question openly at the AGM or at any show.

I believe they deserve being governed by  a fugitive of  law and banned for life person!

But then as you rightly said its bangles and bindis for most of them...

Secondly a lot of people are unaware that i have owned GSD's since 93 and i know thats well before a few of the writers on this forum were born..i have been and always will be a die hard GSD fan..i guess that will answer some of the people who had any doubts about me being in the GSD game.

Now coming to answer your question: the best person to answer what exactly happened and the whole truth behind the CHARADE and DRAMA created due  to which the judges were changed lies with none other than MR.S.K.Mohanty...

He is after all the author/creator of this mess!!

Mahesh what is all this Bai Bai? I thought it is BHAI BHAI ! Please remember HMV when you refer to this Gentleman..... Not the gramophone company my friend....his master's voice! Poor man has only obeyed his master's commands.....faithful to the core. Is on the committee of the 'GSDCI' so that his master's wish is fulfilled. Will get threatened and unthreatened as his master commands.

When you do not register a Club or Society you can get away with the following: 1. You do not need to publish a list of members or follow any election process. 2. You do not need to follow any rule of a society or follow only those convenient to u. 3.Bylaws, rules and regulations, memorandum etc are just names- can be followed or diregarded as per convenience. 4.U can mess around with accounts with a friendly auditor as much as u want. 5.U can do what you want and get away with it. 6.U cannot sue as a club or be sued. 7.As per law u do not exist so what the hell! Now do you guys think that this is a vehicle that should carry the GSD movement forward. Maybe it is bcos of these reasons the 'club' was not registered....you never know because they did not do it for over a decade.

To all past Committee members and those present wishful ones: Answer these questions yourself truthfully to youself: 1.Do you have a list of members after all they voted for u or u want them to. 2.Do you hv a list of rules n regulations,by laws, memorandum of the club? 3.Hv you ever questioned the election process,examined how it works. 4.What do know about all that the SV wants from you and what steps hv u taken to meet any demand raised by the SV? No phone a friend or audience poll. U answer yourself and then ask what the hell am I doing when I do not know the basics.

I see none of the commitee members coming up here and defending themselves.

Its a sorry state of affairs. Wonder where all the other exhibitors are??

Why aren't they coming to the board and adding what they feel about the ongoing malpractices of the GSDCI.

I guess luckily for us, we were taught when we were young "God only helps them, who help themselves"

I keep hearing Mr Mohanty's name whenever there is a "gochi" haha...i see on the database he goes by the "Abuto" and is pretty active in his language when it comes to dicrediting a dog and his owner. Why not come here and add your 2 bits in this topic.

This is I suppose the first time I would agree to Ajit. People of the MC like ajit should have some self-respect to fight for the right thing. It is high time people will have to raise the voice against the corrupt GSDCI.
There are still many small breeders who are working on the bread chunk from the biggies, there is no growth for you guys until u set ur own path and fight for ur position and what u deserve.
It is good not to have national shows until we are really prepared with the HD, ED, and at least SCH1… let the individual bodies have their own show under the KCI, as there exist no GSDCI.

Shame on Desai, we thought he being a good business man, but he proved to be wrong
