Moderator,
thank you for giving me the freedom to think  what I like. I wholeheartedly give you the very same right. Also, I wholeheartedly give you the right of free speach, just as we are hopefully both used too.
As far as your thinking of me not beeing around often, sorry, but I am here every day. I may not post to everything, but believe me, I am here.
It seems that you dont get it, the majority here is NOT against you, far off, we say it out loud & clear :
GO, get the scammers, get the abusers, the crooks, if needed we will help to pinpoint them.
But do not tell peopel, even those who have their true identity posted on this very side, what or when they are allowed to post something. These peopel are the backspine of this board. It is just not fair.
One more time :
WE are NOT set out to fight Moderators, we are just demending equal rights. If that is so hard to understand, I certainly dont know how to be of any help anymore.

Moderators, this is just a question, but are you using any software that alerts you to key words or phrases to help you with your duties?

by mobjack on 29 November 2010 - 16:11

NO, actually that is NOT what I want. I do not want the entire thread deleted, IMO it should be left. BUT the email should be removed since that IS a TOS violation. Just my opinion of course.

I won't comment on former mods and what they may or may not have done. That is not fair.

Please mods, understand this if nothing else. I DO NOT want this to turn into a mod bashing thread. That wasn't the point of it all nor was it my point in posting to the other thread last night. I like having the mods here, always have. But how in the world can y'all be expected to moderate a board when even YOU don't know what the rules are or should be and just have to guess? How can the members here play by the rules when the rules change constantly?

No one is asking for perfection. But we are asking for fairness, clarity, a voice to express our thoughts and opinions and to simply be heard.

If ANY of the mods would like to take this off the board and discuss this privately, my email address is listed here. Your privacy will be respected. NO ONE will be outed. I truly would like to help and see the mods respected and treated well here just as much as the members want to be.

Moderator,
thank you for trying, we do apreciate that. But I, and many others do believe , that moderation has gone to far at this point. There is wheter consistency nor common sense invoveld anymore. It rather seems like, everything that does not fit the liking of the Moderator just, poof, disapears.
This is not moderating a board, this is ruling a board, something I hardly believe is Olis wish.

Hey MJ, thanks for asking, hope you & your Family are well too.

This really is something, but I guess if one does not want to see through, he never will. Peopel are not willing to be ruled by a moderator as long as they stay within the TOS. So peopel are saying, hey Moderator, who are you to tell me when to shut up ? There is plain simply no such TOS to beginn with, but hey, when Mum says enough is enough, we better be quiet, otherwise the Mod will teach us by deleting threads. What type of Kindergarden is this ?
Oh, and Moderator, I bet you see a lot of stuff from an different angle, but guess what, other peopel do too. And referring to me about your 24hr phrase, well, I will consider you as my next Super Hero if you watch PDB 24/7, I doubt it.
All the Best

If the mods all know the rules then why is there such inconsistancy in moderation here? No comment about the members. I agree totally with the exception of new people who join the forum.

IMO, Political, racial, religious threads have no place here. Neither does porn, personal attacks and childish name calling shouldn't be tolerated. Honest discussion and debate about breeders, dogs, etc. both good AND bad should be allowed and always has been until recently. The archives are full of this and Oli has always allowed that here. It was one of the original intended purposes of this board.

Raymond It's my understand that  in order for a statement to be slander, the statement must be false,  but Jennie was able to prove everything she claimed, including that the person was posting dogs for sale that he did not own, and had no permission to advertise as for sale, therefore, what was slanderous?.
