Im sure that this dog was not sold to you by the breeder with the knowledge that your dog had bad hips and elbows. there is no guarantee that a dog is going to have perfect hips and elbows. Why wait three years before you had her screened?. Are you sure that your dog has not been injured whilst in your care? What qualities does your dog have that you would even consider breeding it?. Would your dog benefit the gsd world by breeding her?. Surely having your dog is compensation or is she seen as a breeding machine?. l am aware of the breeder who is highly respected in the gsd world and im sure she would not deliberately sell you a defective pup. Im sure if you went about it in the proper manner instead of using the database to slag her off, this could have all been sorted out ammicably. You will make yourself very unpopular by your actions which im sure you have already done.

Since the female was only officialy scored in October and this is still October, and the breeder, it appears, is nursing a very sick dog, what were you expecting in such a short space of time. I'm sure this breeder will sort this out in the proper way, certainly not here on a dog forum. Some real nasty customers about, sad really!!
