Few months ago our police department issued a tender for importing 10 dogs fully trained on explosives, I took part in that tender but lost it. At the time I made much reading on explosives training and contacted many trainers and providers of such dogs. One of the best is a company in France, here is the website.

ibrahim . diag nose is a dutch company with branches in many countries , I have a friend working there , they take air samples out of containers and have the dogs sniff the airsamples in sterile rooms

but I dont think they sell trained dogs by the way

Yes you are correct their mother branch might be dutch, they have a branch in France (the biggest operation) and one more in Germany. They do sell trained dogs, I still have their quotation, they also take projects, meaning they supply full team, dog plus handler, currently they have a contract with Sharl Degol airport and air cargo transporters such as DHL.
They have classic searching and they have their own trade mark where they take air samples in what looks like filters and have a dog smell what is in the filter (air sample small box) this one used to check mostly land transported cargo at borders and check points.
