LF, asking someone to find you what you are looking for is an invitaion to trouble. If you don't understand why, I can't explain it because for me this website drags along very slowly, the speed here for me is shit. It would simply take all day. hachiko, I agree with Phil is many ways, but I too with my blacks look at color first then look at the rest of the package.... But never in show lines, or Schutzhund. I think breeders of both lines breed with tunnel vision. Moons.

Yes, there are some showline dogs that can really work. That said, the average person looking for a GSD is not looking for a dog that will necessarily excel in Schutzhund. They are usually looking for a pretty dog that is healthy and will bark if someone comes to the door. I am not saying it is right or wrong, but that is "what is".

Did I mention the sport of Schutzhund? I mentioned a dog with a sound temperament and sound health. Which of these 2 traits do you believe are NOT more important than color?

Thank u all, i think im getting the hang of it.
But if i dont ask, how will i learn.
Now that i have been thinking, pl. explain y cant i have a preferance of color
while some like black or whilte gsds.
Again im saying that she must be healthy with a good temperament and as im going to be
spending money preferably from excellent blood lines.
