Why is everyone talking about small claims court and getting a puppy out of the litter. It sounds to me that she let someone breed to her stud for free,
The AKC registration of a litter has nothing to do with stud fee or how much you sell the pups for.
AKC just wants to know who the Sire and Dam are.
AKC does not care if you charge a stud fee or not.
Who ever owns the Dam and wants to register the litter AKC needs to know who the Sire is.
When a woman has a baby Don't you have to know who the father is for the birth certificate.
