Bathe the dog all over with some Eqyss Micro-Tek shampoo. Let the shampoo remain a while on the affected portions of the ears--until you are able to remove with your fingers the clumps of loose hair and skin--before applying the Pad Kote. After rinsing the dog thoroughly, use a dog blow dryer on the rest of the dog. I will not be surprised if you don't find a few other Staph lesions--especially in the armpits, abdomen, inside the thighs. Apply the Pad Kote to all lesions.

I've changed my plan. The ears are getting worse and now little tufts are coming out. Off to the vet tomorrow morning for a skin scraping and whatever. I'll let you know what we discover.
