sable59, My friend we spoke of goes himself to inspect and evaluate dogs for his program. Not puppies. He takes his Vet with him as well, and of course expenses are tax deductable. Moons.

Imported a puppy from germany and he is no small unhealthy maile Cannot predict futture behavior. But out of 5 in a litter, he is a wonderful male doing great in his training. He is out of two anazing litters: mother is  Hesca von der kalten Hardt and daddy is Jimbeam vom Talka Marda. . Both of those litters had great dogs.
Bought an older 7 month old  puppy here in the good old USA and was ripped off.
It works both ways.
