In actuality, such a serious threat would go to the DA and filed not only with the Police dept but also with Federal authorities since murder is considered a felon. Guess just depends on how reliable the source of the complaintant is.... Also, a good DA should have all necessary avenues available to him to aide in the investigation..

I took a look at the picture and I would bet money that it is her childhood picture.
During my childhood, everybody took pictures of their children taking baths. Things were more innocent in the early 50's.

Michelle I agree with everything you just said.
However in this day and age the Police IMO might look at it differently. If I was her I would take it down just because of the way things are with the internet and child pornography.
I never thought there was any bad intention by the original poster. Just that people interpret things differently.
And yes in the old days those pictures were shown to friends and co-workers but times have changed.
