Thanks for the nice posts everyone - I am extremely pleased with this colt - my wonderful mare Ditto has done it once again - this is her 5th colt, all have been 1st Premium and two have been given awesome awards such as this one.

Beautiful, I really love the head and neck on this one, the body is going to be very powerful when mature, the eyes are so perfect where I would want them, good brain space. Going to be a thinker!
Always,
Cee

Congratulations!  It's always nice to have pictures, but video of the test and the critique is really great.

Striking!!!!! What a gorgeous foal and Momma is beautiful as well.

Question: How common are the Oldenburg pintos and how long have they been around? Are they widely accepted or are they frowned upon by many. I am guessing there may be a separate registry for the Oldenburg pintos. Just curious.

I haven't heard the term "Overland Pintos" before - but the registry my horses are in is GOV - German Oldenburg Verband - Oldenburg is a breed of German Warmblood - and yes they accept the pintos into their normal registry - no separate registrations for the colored horses - they just have to be approved at foal, mare or stallion inspections before they are registered, and bred.
