The bitch, Sadie, was everything I could've asked for. She was very protective and absolutely adored children and baby animals. Once after a big rain, she brought 3 half drowned skunk babies into the house. When I rescued a kitten, she'd lick him and let him try to nurse although of course she had no milk.
Her favorite thing in the world was chasing a ball or frisbee, and she'd dive to the bottom of the swimming pool to retrieve a ball. She was so beautiful and agile. She was amazing and I still miss her. I'm sure the OP feels the same about his wolf/GSD.
The pics and info about the CZWDs were great. What incredibly beautiful dogs they are.

Your wolf cross sounds like an amazing animal. You are the third person I know of who has had a really good experience with a wolf hybrid. That said, I would certainly be careful about advising others to get one. I also know someone who had two of them and they couldn't go anywhere for 14 years because there was no one who could care for them if they went a way. The dogs were highly aggressive towards other people (not their owners) and not trainable either. I wish you all the very best with your very special and wonderful wolf/GSD cross. Can we see pics?
