From sampras: Sandy, what can you tell us about recent incidental father-daughter breeding at your kennel?
Rafael, The list (us?)would really like to know about this why? lol! You would mention this why??? What are u trying to do here?? If I had an accidental breeding u would know about it how? Because I would have told u. Like I tell anyone who asks me about parentage, papers, health, contracts, etc.

REVISED BASED ON THE BELOW STATEMENT

by Thunders Mom on 05 August 2010 - 00:08
This is Sue Hurwitz, Thunder's owner. He is very much AKC registered, under Sandy Ayers name as owner, rather than mine. Thunder is an intact male and, until we have him altered, his registration will remain in Sandy's name as per our signed foster agreement. She has retained all breeding rights for two years from the date we signed the foster contract and will transfer his registration at the end of the contract period after we submit proof he has been neutered. I understood exactly what Sandy Ayer's contract terms were when I accepted Thunder-- she could not have been clearer.
As pointed out by others, when a purebred dog is lost the last thing you do is point out its breeding value in your lost and found campaign. Thunder is an incredible dog and I was truly fortunate to recover him after 21 days of frantic searching.
I will vouch for Sandy Ayer's intergrity as a breeder and honest business woman who truly loves her magnificent dogs to anyone, anytime. Sandy, if you go to court and need a deposition regarding your foster contract terms from a satisfied Ayer's Shepherd owner, please contact me!
