Julie M I also find them painful to watch.

Thats horrible. I dont know much about Sch but shouldnt a dog have a harness on during agitation work? In that one video of the dog on the table, see if that dog would have turned and bit the handler he probably would have beat the ole hell out of him. he also should have been on a harness and not fooled with like that while on the sleeve. The last video did that guy hit the poor dog with the stick at first? Horrible man...

If a helper EVER did that to one of my dogs he would have more to worry about than my dog biting the shit out of him!! I would take the whip and stick away from him and smack the hell out of him!!!!

Yea, that is terrible for sure!  That guy should be turned in for animal cruelty!  He's an idiot!

All I could do is pray that the dog survives it. The last table one I could stomach watching I was wishing the dog would nail the dude, except that then he would get the 'mad whip skills'. What a waste of a nice set up! Arrgh! jackie harris

What do you suppose he's trying to teach with the table?

I am not sure.....I don't think he even knows!

Usually table training helps with agression because it elevates the dog on the level of the helper and it is a great tool for teaching the bark and hold.  I used the table to teach some obedience on one of my puppies and it was great and it seemed he learned quicker......I think it took other distractions out of the picture.  Also, now he has no issues being on a table and will jump up on it willingly.
