I doubt it. It's far too early to worry about his ears as well; I'm sure they'll be fine.

No matter HOW you stack that pup, he's going to have a very steep croup, and his brother's croup looks just about the same. The brother is actually stacked quite nicely, for a puppy of that age. Knowing how wiggly pups are, the handler did a good job!
I'd be concerned about the ears, too, unless they'd been up already. They do look a little heavy.

I'd take the bet on the croup (even though I know you're much more experienced than I am) but not the ears. Anything can happen with the ears at this point. Usually, they come up between 8 to 10 weeks, then fall down again and stay that way for awhile. When they come back up again is anyone's guess, but I've heard it said if they were up earlier, they WILL come up again.
He's got very nice pigment and bone, but I REALLY don't like that topline!
