SIFU  MANY KNOW OF YOUR TRUE STATURE IN THE CANINE TRAINING WORLD.   YOUR HUMBLE NATURE CANNOT HIDE YOUR GREAT TALENTS.  I REMEMBER THE DAY I MET CESAR MILLAN  I MENTIONED YOUR NAME AND THE LITTLE MAN FELL TO HIS KNEES AND BEGAN TO CHANT.   DINKIE STILL REMEMBERS THE WORDS YOU LEFT HIM WITH ON HIS FINAL DAY OF TRAINING.    SIFU MCKOWN TOLD DINK............WHEN THE GSD HEART IS PURE THE BITE WILL STRIKE TRUE.

Ronnier,
Surely you are most worthy.  Go in peace
                  and  watch for cats.

Ronnie,
Last Night I dreamed I saw Cesar Millan walking along the road
and I asked him tell me where are you going? He said I am going up
to Yasgur's farm and join in a NVBK band and set my soul free. He said
If you see Ronnie and Dink, tell them Yoko's plastic Ono band won't be there. Only
The Top dog trainers in the county. Than I woke up in a cold sweat. No more
pizza before bed time.

I don't know who the best is bc I am just getting started, but I REALLY REALLY like Balabanov.  I hear that he is well liked by many.

by Jon luc on 01 April 2010 - 18:04

He would say so, just kidding Ivan. I like Ivan,
very good trainer.

by Vicseth on 02 April 2010 - 04:04

What about Dean Calderon? Doesn't he have world titles or at least competed in some?

by Jon luc on 02 April 2010 - 14:04

Dean is a very good trainer, Has competed more than anyone. But no world titles.
He has National titles, and has been teaching since the 80's.  Dean is very, very
good at tracking.

Wayne Simonvich, Debbra Zappia are very good. But there
are good trainers out there, no one has heard of. As far as Top trainers,
that ship  has not arrived yet. But in a few years I think it
will, because than you will be able to see the people who
trained under these people winning World Titles. The only one I know who
really has this distinction is Bart Ballon, who is not from the US.

You have to put T Floyd up there! He's done it all! And with his own breedings! Wallace Payne is up there. Mike Diehl. The Vollraths. Debbie Zappia. Claudia Romard. Ivan. Dave Kroyer. Phil Holscher. Charlie Meszaros. and many more talented people!

by Jon luc on 02 April 2010 - 21:04

CMas,
you mentioned Phil Holscher, here is a man for all seasons. If you
ever have the good fortune to work with him I highly recommend it.  Debbie, Ivan,
the Vollraths and Dave, have already been recommended. Very good list of
           people.
