Go buy a crib mattress! You can buy a nice one for way less then a high end orthopedic dog bed, they're durable, easy to clean ( I match crib sheets to the room), and never go flat like a foam or poly filled dog bed.

I got my bed yesterday and it is great. It's only 4" but it has 2 layers of and the top layer is the memory foam which is a perfect product for a true orthopedic bed. I have a tempur pedic bed myself and love it. There is no way this bed is ever going to sag in the middle it really is built with qaulty and thought behind it. I am sure there are other beds and options but buying a bed like this and knowing it will last for years and years is just what I was looking for. Woody may be a salesman but he truelly knows his product and he was more than fare with me . If you are talking apples to apples I don't think you will find a better bed than this company. My only problem is keeping my 9 year old off the bed so my other girl can lay on it because she needs it more since she just had sergury.
