I'm also wondering if maybe there's a female in heat close by. So many dogs around here... Could be spring and other things are in the air?

If a Dog is a picky eater and you are sure there is nothing wrong with him health wise then you are simply feeding him too much food,
The best way out of it is not to feed the dog for two days just water and a couple of biscuits, When you put his food down after that time give him a little less than the amount you feed him not a oz over,
When a dog is hungry they will eat The problem with you is you are too soft hearted, Cruel i may sound but i am not, and i bet i am correct
Do not feed the Dog he will eat in a couple of days time but never give it extra at any time in fact less than you feed now for you are certainly giving him too much food

He weighs around 90 lbs. and I give him between 15 and 18 oz. twice a day, raw. When he was on kibble, he was getting 2 cups twice a day. Since he's not food driven, he gets very little in the way of treats so this is pretty much his full intake. What would you feed a dog his size?

He should only be getting about 28 oz total per day for a 90 lb male...I have switched mine over to raw awhile ago too.

organ meat should only be several times per week..

He usually gets chicken thighs or backs in the morning. Twice a week one thigh and organs, sometimes gizzard and heart, sometimes liver or kidney. I also give him one shank bone (very little meat) once a week, not so much for diet, more for occupation while I'm at work. Evening he gets some sort of red meat with a bone he doesn't consume, such as shank with meat, large oz tail, etc. He does consume some of the smaller oxtail bones but not usually the larger ones. I also give him an egg once a week. I still haven't found a source for green tripe, can only find bleached and it has to be ordered. I really have to go to the strip and find a new supplier.
