So glad you went raw and are seeing good resiults! I feed raw, but I give cooked treats. I tried raw treats (liver or heart) and it just doesn't work. I cook a beef roast (on sale of course) until it is slightly pink in the middle, let it cool, cut it up into bite sized pieces, portion it out, put into baggies and freeze. Of course you could do this with any kind of meat or poultry. My dog just loves the roast beef the best. It usually gives me enough for a month. I take a baggie out to thaw 12 hours before I use it. I could also thaw in the microwave, but I prefer not to. I leave the treats in the baggie and put it in my bait pouch, to avoid a mess. The treats are very healthy, good quality and inexpensive. I also give dehydrated Merrick lamb or beef treats too, but they are pricey.

Try using Ziwi Peak as treats. Air-dried--no preparation required.

I like to use bacon. I open flame the bacons till they're crunchy enough to be crushed into like a small flake. Then put in a fanny pack. I just dip my fingers in and let Grandeur like my fingers as a treat. This worked to get her to stand still in a pose.
I did try to get her to stand on the stacking blocks, but didn't work. The bacon seems to do the trick somewhat. Still not ready for a show though. One day she'll stand still with a nice pose for the show ring. We really don't practice much.

My biggest problem with chicken livers is I fight him for them!
Chicken or any poultry liver, for that matter, is one of my favorite foods. Dredge it in flour with some salt and fresh cracked pepper and saute with onion and celery, YUMMY! I do use it for him, just wanted to try something different. I got some great suggestions here as well as PMs and I thank you all. I'm still going to try my jiggler recipe, I'll let you know how (or if) they turn out. If they do, I'll be glad to share the recipe. I'm thinking it's something that he may find palatable without so much richness and fat. Also, hopefully, easier and less messy to handle. We go for pretty long walks on busy streets so it's a training lesson every day. I even chuck him a treat when I see he's happy. Yesterday we went pretty far and he was leaping up over the snow still piled in yards, he was having so much fun, I just had to join in. By the time we got home, I was soaked, he was covered in black street soot/snow/muck and I had to towel bathe him. What a mess but boy, did he have a good time! And I threw him some treats just because he was smiling!

I use the Natural Balance rolls as treats. They work really well and are not greasy. My dogs love them.

Be sure to report back when your jiggler recipe is perfected. I think it sounds fabulous.
Maybe when you have your recipe further along, we could all try it out in our "test" kitchens and maybe come up with some variations.
Can you freeze jello?
