Ok Lavk-9, know your dogs, the dogs behind them, weaknesses and strengths, strategy is to produce healthy dogs in harmony with the strategy to preserve the old working Czech German Shepherd. That is always repeated by Hans and is understood now by many if not all who follow up on Hans posts. You had an experience, a real one with the two guys we want some answers to questions like this:

What makes the difference between what Hans is offerring from other breeders ?
How do they choose the puppies which shall carry the flag?
Where are they at the moment in their breeding program?
What is it that they still want to make better in their dogs?
What makes Jinopo and Alpinek9 different from other Czech breeders?
On what topics or points does Hans disagree with Jiri?

I can think of so many other questions?

Ibrahim-those are great questions. The best person to ask is Hans. I nor anyone else can speak for him.They would have been great questions that we could have gone over at the seminar.Have you seen Jiri's web site? If not take a look as it has some great info about him and how he started and that he is filled with knowledge of these dogs.Can't say that for many other breeders of Czech lines.(except for of course Hans)

Question: Would you go to a Dr for an important surgery that has only done that surgery once....or one that has done it a million times with a high success rate and could do it blind folded? That is the difference between Jiri and Hans and other breeders of Czech lines and pretty much GSD's in general.(I have been around and know many other breeders they don't take the time to really KNOW the genetics behind the dogs if they did.....ALL GSD's would be what they are supose to be)

The explanation you gave (the example) is really clever one and true I agree. I have seen Jinopo site and I have been in contact with Jiri in e mails many times (Petr translating). I also have a good puppy from Jinopo that I adore, it is just I want to know more, specifically about this excellent line of GSD and to know more about Jiri's work and accomplishmets in regards to the betterment of the breed.

I am from Jordan in the Middle East. Did you mean that those who are attracted to the GSD are stupid?. Did I understand you correctly?

Clifford, please explain what you are saying. This is a very good and interesting thread, started by a very good and respected breeder of GSD (Hans) and so far, except for you, participated in by people very interested in the GSD.

I know your English is not good, so try very hard to explain where you are coming from.

Then, that would be Clifford me thinks. Clifford is from Greece,( if I remember correctly), and is into non biting showlines.

Clifford, I'm beginning to think you wouldn't know a good dog if it bit you in the arse.
