Some of these people that are Scamming from you , stealing your money, you have to go face to face with them along with the Police of course. Travel is the answer ...

Unfortunatley :"Lilla Tamas" is is a con woman from Hungary. Her real name is Anita Szitas She has been ripping off folks in the GSD and French Bulldog communities in the U.S. for years. GSD database complaints about her go back to 2005. There is even a website dedicated to her http://scammeralertusa.synthasite.com/. A web search of Anita Szitas will bring back many hits. There is overwhelming evidence that she is indeed a thief. Just because people are ignorant of the dos and donts of importing GSDs does not mean that they deserve to be stolen from. The warning is legitimate and should be heeded.
