In order to show dogs in Europe they have to have SPORT title. Do not confuse sport and work. You need to know the dogs and the kennels from where they came. But there is usually difference in quality between sport dog's tile and show dog's title. Here in USA AKC any dog can be shown without any sport title.

Here's another one:

You will get what you get in every litter, a variety of dogs that are different blends of the parents. Some will be more like the mother, some more like the father, and others somewhere in between. Since the parents of a showline/working line cross would be a little different in conformation, the pups will have greater variety than those you get with a straight showline or straight working line breeding. Hopefully you get pups that have blended the best qualities of both parents and that the outcross brings into your breeding plan strengths that are not in your bloodlines.

Thanks Hans,
I'm still confused but I am a work in progress so I will continue my education on pedigrees. I wish the AKC would require dogs to have a working or sport title before they could be shown. That would do away with the extreme rear ends we keep seeing put up as champions. Bleah! Form should follow function. I think crossing the lines would only improve the breed. I don't mind a pretty dog as long as he can do his job.

i have a 11 week old litter that look quite promising from this male... its not a great picture, the dog is better looking in person, definately looks like a show dog when you see him but bad ass working drives and strong aggression.
much of the older confirmation dogs that could still work but retain that show confirmation.
but its more or less a cross.
