I can't stand American lines, show lines don't do it for me. I have issues with so called breeders that breed to high studs but can't put stupit bh on a dog.
All I see is a very non GSD creature that public wanted. I can Bash and talk mean and show pictures of these dogs to people.. that is not going to change this situation UNTILL America excepts the basic standars of a GSD breed... BUT that meens that EVERY dog has to be titled, and breed surveyed... too much work for some breeders isn't is. I look for a problems i my own kennel so I can fix them, enhance the good stuff. I do not go around bashing someone elses dogs.. that is the point.
Honestly I don''t get it... and that is OK

I am not being disrespectfull (I hope)... just a thought.

I agree that we don't have to be so mean spirited in wording about it, but these kind of threads do draw attention to the problems facing this breed.
After I posted, I thought of Prager, who has a very good way of drawing attention to critical issues within our breed, - without the mean spiritedness. That is a better way to do it, but IMO it does need to be addressed, often, so new buyers that come here become more knowledgeable and can make a better informed decision. JMO.
