You're right Steve....dog pen looked really trashy.

I haven't met any GSD escape artists (YET!!) but I have friends with Shilohs, who have to padlock their gates, because the dogs keep letting themselves out. One has figured out how to work the garage door opener. Another became infamous for opening the fridge, and getting into 2 dozen eggs. He thought they were balls, and decorated the kitchen with them! When the owner duct-taped the fridge, he chewed through the tape, and cleaned up all the leftovers from a roast beef dinner. He also learned how to open the type of cat food cans that have pull tabs, and help himself!

Anyone have a GSD that raids fridges?

My old Tiekerhook dog used to open the fridge.
