I am not German but just looked briefly in one of the Photo Urma books, it seems that it should be Vom Haus - there was only one exception as far as I could see - Von Haus Yu - but maybe that is not a German kennel anyway?
Not many with haus at the end but I found Vom Nadelhaus and Vom Steffan Haus. Does this help?
