was VA1 Lasso vom Neuen Berg

sold to Steve Miller, rather his financial backers, for half a million I was told. I was there the day the dog arrived with the original owner.

I thought that Larus & Pakros were both sold for around 600,000.00, then I also heard that somebody had offer owner of Zamp more than that and he had turned it down.

Oh thanks, I noticed VA1 Lasso vom Neuen Berg is linebred on VA5 Lasso di Val Sole, among others. Must have been nice to have witnessed the arrival of such a winner like that too, live4shutzhund. Very cool.

Well in my line of work I come across some pretty stupid self-indulgent people, but this idiot takes the cake. What kind of world are we living in where this is deemed OK and is even celebrated. Shame on us!

I would love to have a TM but with diffrent color and Markings .
I guess she paid the price for the color he is a very rare color mostly black you don't see in TM's, The reason I don't have one yet they are very exspensive here in the US only a few American Breeders.

And yes this one is very ugly , he looks like not taken care of no shine to the coat at all .

I heard 350k for Lasso, but of course details change when passed along person after person.

I don't think Tibetan mastiff are ugly at all, but paying that kind of money while people starve, especially in this woman's own country, is obscene to me. But for all we know she may do charitable work as well, who are we to say. If I won the lottery you bet your @ss I'd hop the first plane to Germany and bring myself home some great dogs, too.

I donno the exact price for Lasso. I got a video of me with the dog in a fenced in area. The dog was anxious watching his original owner walk around, he paced alot, I didnt exist. I stepped in high dollar dog poo, got that on video too lol.

That was a weird day. Steve was out photographing his dogs, while stacking a black male he got bit badly, to the bone if I remember.

Years later I went back there, he was gone but the kennel name was still the same. Donno the details on what happened, rumors etc, not worth mentioning.
