Does anyone think it could be Pano? Its a compatition of bone and cartilage growth in pups so to speak. its here now, gone tomorrow or in front today, in the back leg the next few days. Good thing is they grow out of it. Its painful for them breifly at times. My pup had it when she was young. She grew out of it by 10 to 12 months. Just needs to not have alot of stress on the joints. Just a suggestion.

it sounds like a sprain? I wouldn't let young puppies under a bush?? keep your eyes on them at all times

All theories but how about a small thorn got into the pad or in between so hard to see get a glass on it and take a look but you can test it by gently pressing on the pads and between that alone will cause a pup to limp

She seems fine today. The pups haven't been outside much today we have been having thunderstorms since I got home yesterday from the vet. They've been running around in the garage where their kennel is, I've really been keeping a close eye on her and she hasn't limped at all today, she's been her regular feisty ankle biting self. In fact; I made the mistake of wearing my sheepskin slippers to let them out and play with them, boy did she love those, she attached her mouth to the slippers and didn't want to let go! The rain I think is finally over, so I will be taking them outside but I'll really have to watch her and that darn bush. I looked under the bush and in the bush and don't see any red ant hills or wasps nests. The vet checked her pads real close to see if she might have anything stuck in them.
