Its nice to see threads like this...Thank you for starting it

by Bob McKown on 07 August 2009 - 15:08

Actually everyone here who post has a reason and purpose some are informative some are humours some just to check in with friends some like to share pics and some are here to remind us how nice it is to  know that when we were young we did,nt get dropped on our heads too often.

Rember everyone has a purpose we just need to be able to stand back and look at the whole picture.

"There by the grace of god go I"

In all good reason if i,m really having a problem there are people I go to in real life to help me with my dogs.

i enjoy this post, there are several i enjoy and i try not to get involved in the political threads.

some of my favs, and there are many more.
vikram-seems to mave a lot in common with me
bob mckown- spoke on the phone and is a class act
yellow rose-sent me some pm's when first starting on here
slam dunk-takes the time and puts thought into his posts
ronnie runco-  keeps things light and in perspective
ugly dog- a little too political, but is a realist, a former training bud, not a bad guy.
sueinc- seemed to like her posts as of late

keep em coming guys and gals.

Glad to see some of the people mentioned here getting a little credit.  Sometimes the really good ones go unoticed such as Gustov, GARD, Bob O, Held etc.  Animules should be mentioned on here as well.  4-Pack always has good info and not afraid to speak her mind.  Don Corleone is quite the comic, but under it all he knows dogs.

The only reason I don't like getting on these type of threads is because the list can go on and on as many make great contributions and I hate leaving off any.   I miss Sharon as well as Spook 101 from the past.  I think there have been some great contributers to this site in the past, but so much mud slinging and off the wall stuff was not worth it to them.
Have a good day Yellow.

Sam Don Corleone was awesome!

I hate to start listing current posters, I know I'd leave people out and feel like a a jerk. I appreciate anyone who stays on topic, is civil with others even in debate, has decent grammar, and is kind enough to share their personal experience with those who could benefit from it!

B.Anderson,

Very knowledgeable, with no drama attached

 Let me play the fool.
With mirth and laughter let old wrinkles come;
And let my liver rather heat with wine
Than my heart cool with mortifying groans.

Merchant Of Venice Act 1 Scene !

cheers

I am not much for the garbage, but I try to learn and understand the perspective from every post. These are some for me but by all means not all, Conformation--Silbersee, KCzaja, Crhuerta, PPD--Olskoolgsd, GARD,Bob-O, Held, Schwork--Molly Graf, Policework and in general--Slamdunc. And some special mention,,,,,Especially Hukka and Prager for their vast knowledge of Czech dogs, Barbara anderson and Molly on hips, Missbeeb gets a special mention because she is very openminded to the type of dogs she is not familar with and willing to concede what she needs to learn, yet she is very knowledable of the breed. The Brits are very informative on Health issues. And many others like Snaiper, Tess, Hodie, Anjablue who should post more, and many many more. I appreciate the perspective of all dog insights though some do need more seasoning like i do when it comes to current conformation lines...peace.

OH I miss Spook and Don too!  And I miss our pirate friend too!  I agree with what KCzaja said as well  (which is why I limited myself to those I miss that no longer post here and I still missed a bunch of them).
