How did the visit go?

I wonder if the people  who say that they visited and who talk highly about Kreative Kennel are for real.
This is what I have seen. Kennel was clean, kept well and did not smell.
BUT!
There were  warehoused in an industrial fashion at least 250 - 300 dogs and about 120 pups at the time of my 3  visits. I have seen 3 Hispanic keepers. They  were cleaning and feeding. Place ws clean. Dogs had water. There may have been more laborers over there. There were also owner or son of the owner and 2 trainers, all about 25 years old.  The frustrated barking noise in the kennel was permanent and deafening since all the dogs were constantly screaming  on top of their lungs. Pups were in horse stalls. Again very clean. I counted during my visits about 100 -120 or so pups of various ages. Some in poor physical condition. In my opinion, there is no way that the dogs are getting personal attention which is needed in order to maintain their mental welfare. GSDs and Malis are highly sociable animals. They must not be housed like a cattle, like a life stock. I believe that intentions of the owners are good, but the situation the dogs are in is mentaly disastrous. I do not know if I would call them puppy mill, since it is obvious that the owners love their dogs. It is just their inability to mentally stimulate so many dogs. I would most definitely not buy a dog from there for two reasons. I would not want to support such an industrial approach to dog breeding an keeping and second I would worry about social abilities of the dogs from such an environment. Situation may have changed since my last visit. I was there 3 times.  I would urge every person to go there and visit before they buy a pup or a dog. Buy if you like what you see. I went there to buy a dog, but  I left with out one.

So weird. Did you visit the training facility in Turlock, or the breeding facility in Oakdale? I only visited the latter, this past April, and the owner himself met me at his house to show me around. We spent time talking about each dog, and I was there for about 1.5 hours. Also there were only 2 litters of puppies whelping at the time. About 30 adult dogs, all either in the converted barn or in outdoor runs. I find it really hard to believe that you saw 250-300 dogs, they don't even have the space to house that many. I bought a pup from them, out of the Charis x Zuca litter, because I really liked Charis when I was there and he was less drivey than some of the other males. Rumo, my puppy, seems like a great dog so far.

It was  there not that long time ago.  Place was right by the freeway. There was a frontage road between the kennel and the freeway. Kennel is clearly visible from the freeway. Situation may have changed, but I doubt it. There was one big metal warehouse. West of it were horse stalls converted to puppy kennels. There was about 10 horse stalls in the stable and in each was 5 -15 pups.  Behind was an another kennel which had dogs in it but I did not visit that one. There was also outdoor training area. In the metal warehouse was about 5 or 6 double rows of kennels, about 20-25 kennels deep. Each kennel was about 5 x 10 ft. Thus in this kennel was about 200-250 dogs. Place was full.  I was told that there is another kennel in different location. Place was clean and dogs were well fed, but the amount of the dogs and the screaming in the metal building was staggering. I am saying the truth.
