I went to the roadsinc website and it lists my insurance company as dog friendly - so I went to my insurance companies website - and did a online quote - not using my info of course - and got thru all of it to the property discription and it ask if you owned one of the following - it listed every large breed dog - including terriers and went as far to say even a mix of any of these breeds.   Needless to say - I clicked yes - and it said they where unable to do this online - please call...lol ---not me...

Well, I know if you get a County License, it costs more if the dog is not neutered (which I would not do until he is 3 years old); but I'm also concerned that there may be a database that the insurance companies can cross check info with County Licensed dogs.

No, I meant a trained Schutzhund dog, not training on my property.

With regard to possibly higher insurance rates or possibly being turned down for insurance, I am questioning if there were to be a biting incident and the "victim of the bite" should find out that the dog has also had Schutzhund training, would this cause an even bigger problem (big lawsuit) and insurance company dropping the homeowner's coverage.

What year is that roadinc list from?  I recognize some of the ones they have as dog-friendly as having a prohibited list and/or not covering, if any large breed.

Granted, this could be different state to state, so that may be why the difference.
