my god...  who the hell said anything about Gore (notwithstanding he is correct, LOL)   its more than just the turning of lights, for chrissakes....  its for ONE hour on ONE day the entire planet can agree on ONE thing!  It is a coming together of minds and purpose for just ONE goddamn hour..

I could say so much more but it is patently evident that there's a rash on some of the necks around here. 

I can think of better ways to save the Earth.
Believe what you will, we are damaging the Earth and it will fight back.
Just open your eyes and see.

It was FUN - it was romantic - and it was peaceful. 

I can think it may just be a new tradition in the family - being an athiest, I don't nned to choose the December 25th - Winter Solstice to celebrate and think of Peace on Earth and goodwill on the planet, LOL  - Ilike the idea of the entire planet working as one. 

You missed the hippy years I guess.

In another month or so I will be living in the woods as I won't be able to afford the electric bill or any other bills to be paid when the USA goes bankrupt and my SS check stops..so I am gonna use my electric till then and enjoy it..
 Who cares about agreeing with all the BIG wigs, or the Heads of states or the Soothsayere that had that idea.  More pressing things to think about , like putting food and homes back together.

ONe World Government is far from what I would ever want or believe it.

It was probably a test to see how many people would really fall for it....it is called  DICTATORSHIP

Guess their test worked in some places...Here in Texas  we don't count.
