I never had any problems uploading pictures until I got my new Canon....now I never know if it's going to work. I'm glad another Canon user is having success with it, I didn't think that the camera type could matter, but I was beginning to wonder.....now I know it's just my stupidity! jh BTW- GORGEOUS photos!

I have a Canon Rebel - It takes great pictures - this is the first time for me to down load something - so I am not sure I made it big enough to see...

Insure you are using the JPEG Format when preparing your photos for upload.

Not to sound stupid MaxBear - but JPEG?  Few questions on dwnloading - for me and for Bob - he had same problem as me - on his first thread - why did it down load the picture that way?

Hi Bob,
Does the camera come with software for your computer? The pictures are really nice. My computer is a gateway with windows vista, it is new as of Dec 2007. Where the pictures easy to load onto the computer?
Thank you for your time in advance.
Always,
Cee

Trying to see if I get the red X when not down sizing the photo first and just letting the site software here, downsize and load it.....I think that may cause one to get the red X too. Just trying it out using the Nikon software program to the database software with a JPEG format......

Could be a browser issue that Oli needs to fix. What are you using, and have you done any software updates recently? Try using a different browser and see if that works.
