OK, Sheila has kindly confirmed the following:

British Sieger 12/13 Sept 2009, same venue as last 2 years.

Judges invited but waiting on confirmation of one of them, but the events committee will publish as soon as
both have accepted fully.

Events committee exists of Sheila Rankin, Andrew Winfrow, John Cullen, Davy Hall, Bob Honey, Wayne Lacey, Steve Foran, Paul Cassidy and one other (think awaiting confirmation on that as well).

Carol well done on the information, now we can get organized. I don't know if the 'one other' is Phil or not as he was asked to go on the British Sieger Committee but when there meetings are on Saturdays he can not get there as he has to work and he said its pointless being on the committee now.

Have just been advised by Sheila that Carole Lister and Graham Stephens are also on the events committee.

To me it looks like they have a very good committee and hopefully will publish more details regarding the show as soon as they are available.

Yes this does look like an excellent committee, and lets hope the British Sieger goes from strength to strength and everybody supports it.
Lets not foreget those who have worked endlessly on the British Sieger but are unfortunately not on the Committee anymore; Brigid Fahy Newlands, John ward, Syd Farley, Nikki Farley.

Mascani will too - and every-one that possibly can should support this event, as it is forward thinking for our breed, and without that forward thinking - we wilbe stuck into a rut of chasing Red Rosette Fever. Sorry if I startled any-one withe the dates I thought would be much earlier - I WAS told this, but corrected when I asked some-one that I knew that I could rely on knowing. Mo

Is the Sieger for working shepherds ? sorry just a bit confused why the show peeps would be supporting this event !
