Well folks.......the title of this post says it all!! I agree this is exactly why states are looking into spay/neuter laws. I say if she wants a response to her ad we can certainly give her a few........send her emails and emails and emails.....maybe she will get the hint and remove herself all together. We can only hope....... Em
