Kids grow up, just because Videx has a different opinion there is no reason to boot him out lol. As much as I don't agree with a lot of things that he said, he is spot on, just because he has opositve opinion is not good enough reason to boot him. Freedom of speach lol

I could be wrong, but i do not recall Videx saying anything negative about long coats, only breeders who purposely breed for long coats. liz

Actually I have NO problems with long coats, one of my first GSD was a wonderful LONG coat named Kelly, I adored her, and I cherish my memories of her. I have even stated on here that the SV are considering the LONG coats in a more positive way. With the DNA test available to find the carriers, it means that when a LONG COAT is mated to a GSD that is CLEAR, the resultant litter will be ALL NORMAL coats. This is one of the reasons I have had Videx Razor DNA tested and he is CLEAR.
None of his litters have contained a long coat. I am now going to have Videx Rakell tested next.
I was VERY tempted to retain a VERY impressive LC Male out of my Tino x Meadow litter, but reluctantly let him be bought. I am now very tempted to retain a beautiful LC female from the same litter. If I sell her, someone will have a cracker.
