I think that the OP and the guy he is complaing about are BOTH in Eastern Europe somewhere, perhaps Hungary/SerbiaSlovakia/Slovenia/Bulgaria/Czechoslovakia? This is NOT an American whining about being done wrong....for once.

This is a European crying about being done wrong by some other European within easy driving distance of him!!!
