I'm thinking it is more like  what Micky D has in mind as to how I heard the term used. How ever if anyone has a better interpretation of it  I'm all ears. I seem to be clueless on this one.

Here is another view point on the subject:

read and weep

I also found a German band called the Nazi Dogs, so there are many answers to your question.

What do you think the term Nazi implies?
Its pretty simple to me.

Hmm, I think I should interject something into this thread and then leave it alone.

Those who know me, know that I am the diametral opposite from being a sensitive person, and I am extremely thick-skinned after my thirty-one (31) years of residence in the U.S.A..

Yet, I sincerely believe that I speak for most other Germans who post here in regards that the term "Dog Nazi" and any attempts at humour regarding this term DO NOT belong on the pedigree database.

Sincerely,
Bob-O

Bob-O I truely agree with you, see above post, except for the link.  Use of the term does degrad the people affected in the past and degrads the German people of today.  There is as much if not more antisemitic thinking in the US as in today's Germanies and the US Nazi party is most likely more active and allowed to be vocal.

Oh I mean no direspect for the german people or those who have suffered under thier rule . The term as I heard it was refering to people in the US  being the dog nazi's. If that helps to clearify my question so be it if not thats all I have to go on.

So many words, so little meaning.
Mostly people are not literate enough to use words properly.
9 of 10.

If you can't make your point just call out a name.
First consider the source of the offending word, mostly its ignorance.

Brilliant huh.

Sometimes to make fun of these things puts them in their proper perspective.

I personally like Red Neck Inbred Cracker as my battle cry.
Spear Chucker always gave me a chuckle.
Then there is the forbidden N word, god save us.
Last news worthy new term I heard was Paki

Sticks and stones until your the one being thrown at.

I dunno, seems like SSDD to me.

Wuzzup,
Don't take any of it too seriously.
The question was innocent enough.
Moons.
