The system is truely a mess, I understand right where your coming from.  Didn't mean to sound holyer then tho.
I don't have any good answers.  
Sometimes I think neighborhoods should band together and have a little vigilanti justice and keep the cops out of it. 
But thats not good either.
Where's Batman when you really need him?
This is what I mean when I say we make no sense as a people.  
Justice is blind and only has slick lawyers to guide her, after court they all sit down together for a drink at the club and laugh at how they have this power.    Its job security perfected.
Law is not about facts as much as it is about presentation.   And whenever a case comes up the first thing they want to do is move it to a venue where no one knows any real facts and jury members are picked for effect.   Its become a science selecting jurors.
I am in favor of more video,  yours theirs ours.   Can't argue with video, unless the perp wasn't informed ahead of time they'd be on camera and feel their rights where violated.
Its a fucked up mess pardon my language.
The system definately needs change.

Slamdunc why don't you go down to Texas and get Mr.Garcia ,He's a dog thief ,and A liar .He makes good cops like you look bad. Nia must  be a shit lawyer or she would have better things to do then sit on her butt  being condescending to everyone she thinks is inferior to her.Maybe she has no clients as her people skills and her court side manners are despicable.

For a long time i,ve felt that what is needed in the court is more King David and less David Letterman

Sorry Wuzzup, I don't know anything about Mr. Garcia.  It's a little out of my jurisdiction.  I must have missed the threads regarding Garcia.

Look it up slamdunc and send some of your buddys to have a chat with him. I think Micky D started the thread about him.He need a good scare from a real cop. ABC news documentary.... its on page  2 .

I do not know where you work, but I want to say, "Thank you" for your diligence, bravery, and willingness to risk your life to get the thugs off the street. How frustrating it must be to lock them up, only to have them back out committing the same crimes! I can understand why a cop becomes aggressive at times and it angers me when the justice system sides with the criminal. Anyway, just want you to know that you are appreciated for the job you do.

You are so right, Moons, sometimes "we make no sense as people". 

I think Moons and Slamdunc need to go together to confront Garcia! LOL    Voraus!!    Fass!
