She is in Michigan... I have confirmed that much. She was or may still be in the custody of this Lisa but I do not know for sure and I think there is something the people are trying to hide... More time... See avatar...

Ok, I found the dog but they will not give her to me so now, how do I get her back?? Do I still have to wait around to go to small claims?

WOW Shannan, sorry to hear about this. I would think you could go to the authorities and claim her as stolen since they have not paid you in full and you do have her paper's and tattoo #, but not sure. I've never had that happen to me. I would think if you wait for small claims they could move her, or they could move themselves. This is why I do not let any pups go until they are paid in full. I accept payments, but they don't get the pup until it's paid in full. I don't know what your situation was, but I really hope you either get her back if that is what you want? (I know I would with people like this) or get her paid in full by these rotten people. UGH, I hate people that take advantage of other's!!!!

Well, ya know occasionally I can be a sucker I guess, this pup went to someone other then the person who has her. I felt I could trust them to pay. Very valuable lesson learned and I will move forward with getting her back. I want her back. Money is not an issue. I know the people who have her and they are not fit to have dogs... I'll rehome her after that or keep another Puck baby... doesn't hurt my feelings... :) I am not letting her stay in the hands of these people...

I don't think that you were a sucker by any means. I just think you can be too trusting when it comes to people like in this case. I've been screwed over more than once and learned MANY lessons the hard way. This is why I now have all my pups leave on a limited reg, and no puppy leaves my property until they are paid in full. I would check with your local police department, or if you have a friend that works in the department and see if you have the authority to take this puppy back considering that she is registered in your name, tattooed, and you having all the paper work that is needed to show proof. I would honestly think that you can claim her as stolen. I pray you can get her back. Puck pups are to gorgeous to belong to people like this. Please let us know what happens.

Do you have a reciept or contract? If you do the police will not get involved. Well the Canadian Police will not.. I would go to your local Crown attorney bring it to their attention and see if they will do something about it until it goes to court.. Get some watch dogs out there to make sure she does not disappear. Good luck
And no you did nothing wrong you just trusted some idiots that took advantage of your good will.. Lesson learned the hard way which makes it bad for the honest people out there..
