Pharoah, that's a good thing. I donated a pup to one of our local LEA, last I heard he was close to going through certification. Donations to support the K9 LEO's are great. A memorial would be nice as a reminder to those that do not always realize the K9 partner is full LEO also. It may even get more to donate to the K9 LEO's.
