LOL, No Moons I had a freaking headache before I came home (oh taquila). When I woke up I felt fine but had to take a nap at training today. 5hrs sleep wasn't enough and my headache came back. I asked if you can get a delayed hangover. My 40 minute semi-nap in my truck, gave the excedrin a chance to kick in and I felt fine the rest of the evening. Too much sun today, all that squinting gives me a Migraine sometimes too.

I can rememeber the days when I could run all night, hit the diner for breakfast and go straight to work out in the hot sun all day....
LOL.... thats whats wrong with me now.. Rode hard and put away wet..
As long as ya had fun...
Seems like I also remembered having better pills for a head ache back then.
Now a days I just figure the day after is shot and don't fight it. Still gotta take care of business, but don't expect a smile.
A bit of rest and you'll be as good as new, ready to go again.
