Xuck von der Friesenklippe - Page 2

I was around many of Annette's dogs.  we only live about 1.5 hours apart.  The female I had was a small red sable, her mother was a Mark vh Beck granddaughter so she was 1/2 DDR and part show.  I eventually placed her with an older gentleman who bred every so often.  He claims she was the best dog he has ever owned.  and she produced the best puppies he ever bred.  She would adopt orphaned puppies,  had the best temperament and was easy to live with.  he never had any problems out of her except she liked to stay heavy.

I think her pedigree is on here somewhere,  her name was Baliaka.

Since you had met many of Annette's dogs, did you ever meet Gunet vom Frolich Haus?  She was mated to Xuck to produce my pup's mother.

Again, it is good to hear good things about dogs that Annette produced.  Wish I would have met her and her dogs before she stopped breeding.

Gunet was beautiful...If I am not mistaken when I met her to pick out my puppy, I believe she was one of Annette's "house" dogs that she kept in the house. I really wanted one of her (Gunet's) puppies but went with a black and red from Hanna & Lasso's last litter.

Thanks, circrutcher.........I've only seen one picture of Gunet, the one in the database.  I wished I had seen her, or at least had more pictures.  My boy, Gunet's grandson is my companion, family protector, and ranch foreman  :).  We work in obedience and tracking, and he is so smart it scares me.  Show him something once, and he's got it!  His name is Zoro, and I've added his picture to the databse.

I am still waiting to hear from Annette Brashears.  Thanks to all who contributed to my inguiry about Xuck and Gunet.

I actually let Annette know when Gunet was being sold by her previous owner.  Annette bought her right away.  Gunet was a beautiful female.  very thick and the most beautiful DDR style head on a bitch.  She was a good balanced girl.
