Let's address this a little further. First why did I contact you why because you are in New Hanpshire but I quickly learned you are the type of breeder I needed to avoid. I am the one that passed on you. Your reputaion preceded you.
Second I have owned German Shepherds for over 40 years and have never breed a single one of them. Please show evidence to the contrary? Next I am going to let a complete incompetant breeder like you tell me what I can do and can not do with my pup. Not on your life.
Please contact someone who has actually sold me a pup and met me like Steve Simpkins from Haus Simpkins and see what he has to say about me. Next I will accept your apology!!!

Actually, I was in Scottsdale in December and happened to meet June through a good friend. I also saw two of the pups from this litter and the mother. The bitch was a very nice dog and the two pups I saw were very well socialized and confident. They were very focused and adorable. I'm sure your pup will make a nice pet, good luck.

Larry,
I am no "type" of breeder. I breed on ocassion as a hobby to imrpove the breed and produce police K9 prospects. Since this was my "A" litter, I have a hard time believing my "reputation preceded me." I have trained dogs from puppyhood and sold them as police K9s, and anyone who has one of those dogs would give a glowing recommendation.
You cannot back up your statements, and the fact remains that all I was doing was acting as someone concerned about the welfare of their dogs, and you could not take the time to answer my questions and instead chose to move on.
Good for you. Good luck with your puppy.

Thanks for your comments. I am very lucky to have met June after what I have been thru with some of these so called breeders she is right at the top of my breeder list along with Steve Simpkins. Thank God there are breeders like these two around it should give all us buyers hope.

Britney is oki don't be too upset that a prospect buyer choose to get a dog from someone else. LoL I wouldn't buy it my self a dog with limited registration, last thing I need to have is someone else telling me what to do with my dog. BTW in 12 years of owning GSD'S I never had any breedings. If this is your A litter, A stands for first right? How can you say you breed ocasionaly wouldn't this be your first ocassion? lol Yes he choose to move on some people receive a so called "vibe" and choose not to do business with that person based on that feeling, nothing wrong with that. Since you said you are in it to improve the breed, how you know if this is your first breeding maybe it will not improve, maybe it will make it worst? Why dose GSD's need improveing? They been around for some time, and so far that I can tell nothing improved, actually it got worst. Larydee once again good luck, I hope the dog will be everything that you dreamed off. :)

snajper69, trust me, I'm not complaining about losing a client. I wouldn't be commenting on the situation without knowing the details if I were you. It was I would chose to question the future of one of my dogs and I didn't get a welcomed reply. That's all.
I'm sorry that you wouldn't buy a dog w/ limited registration, but unfortunately there are too many people BYB these days for me to take that chance. I'm fairly certain many other breeders feel the same.
Yep- this is my A litter. I plan to breed carefully to produce dogs that are capable of doing what they were originally bred to do- work. It is the BYB that has been a detriment to the breed, not those who are careful and make conscious decisions.
Happy New Year!

Britney good luck with your breeding program, I don't think is mature to go off on larry after all he has the sole right to choose any breeder he wants, and his creteria are the one that matter as he did his research and came with his own decision, BTW I been seeing him posting on this board for some time he dose not strike me as BYB, plus I do know one breeder that sold him a dog some time back, and the breeder has nothing but good things to say about Larry and the work he puts in his dog :) just something to keep in mind. Some of us will not concider dogs with limited registration as a principal, not because we want to breed them ;0) something to keep in mind that's all.

A lot of these breeders make totally uneducated decisions on buyers they know nothing about. Just imagine a breeder like BrittanyP telling you what you can and can not do with your dog OMG What a nightmare that would be.

Hey Larry, no problem. There are many excellent breeders around and many of them on the PDB. You just need to decide on the type of dog you want and feel comfortable with the person you are dealing with. June is a very reputable person and the puppies are really nice and well socialized. I have my own preferences for breeders and the type of dog that I like. I am into serious working dogs and there are a handfull of people that I know personally that I would deal with. I'm glad your happy with the pup, good luck.
