He will get his..If enough preassure is kept on him he will get his.Even if It's not the legal system that gives It to him.If he did that to my dog or I saw him do that to someone elses dog  bdgtrhfhfgyyryrudg..I may be small but he would have more then a bit finger..

You know, there was an incident recently in Canada where an officer had to shoot a dog. The neighbour's dog got loose, and was attacking another dog in someone's back yard.

First, the officer and the other dog's owner tried to catch it. When it turned on the humans instead of the other dog, the officer tazered it. Twice. It still kept coming at them.

It was at this point, the officer finally went for his gun.

Too many police officers go for their guns first, or some other sort of lethal force in this sort of situation.
