I have no idea who or where this is. One thing though. That is a heat lamp, not just a light bulb. They emit a lot of heat. The heat lamp must be sending out enough warmth as the puppies are nicely spread out to sleep. If it was not warm enough they would be tightly piled on top of each other. I'm making not comments about the female or where the puppies are. Well, maybe one. It looks cleaner then one of the puppy ads run here.........

I would not pass judgement based on these picture's.
