OMIGOD!! What WONDERFUL kennels!!! I will check into the link you gave. I 'd LOVE to have that for my dogs. Love the stonework, too. In the PNW, we can really appreciate that, too!!

DRAT!!!  I should have known that kennels that nice had to come from the other side of the pond!!  The shipping alone would kill me!!  But, the price does not seem all that bad for the unit.  I need to see if I can hire someone to make one for me!!

the only downside to the kennel  is it came in about 1000 pieces each block of wood slots into another so no nails but if you make one mistake you have to dismantle the whole thing it took 4 days to build and man was it hard work,  but on the other hand it is totally indestructible and very warm....

I agree with Mystere, I'll have to build one, I'm too poor to buy one and pay to have it shipped here. :o(   I think I's like a bigger sleeping/inside area for the dogs too.  Maybe it's just the angle of the photo's but it looks a little small.  You guys did a great job putting it together.  I like the stone work too. Is it stones with concrete in between or concrete made to look like stones?

I left my 17 week old baby in the kennel yesterday for the first time all day & boy did she tear it up, even the igloo dog house was pushed over!!!!!  Crazy little beast. :o)  I guess she missed going to work with mom.

yes Teri I put none slip slabs down and brushed cement into the cracks,

the sleeping area is quite large 1.5 meters X 1.5 meters so big enough for 2. it stays warmer if its small.

Not that they Ever sleep in there my hubby says its just a glorified rain shelter .......but I cant let them sleep outside ....

im a big softy lol

Too bad there's nothing like that here in the States!  I love that thing!

I keep telling my boyfriend that ONE DAY we'll win the Lotto & buy property to build a big house and great dog kennel for our crew.  I want to know how Tigermouse can afford all that, maybe I need to change my career, etc. and ideas of winning the Lotto. LOL
