That dog had been over done, in regard of working or working capabilities, i personally feel that he is incapable. Such a dog should not be bred. I have heard that you can improve the angulation (lower) with the placement of the back legs but this is not the case here.

I would love to see how he moves.

 The blame goes to judges who award this and consistently say this is the breed standard, also the breeders who pay the judges with kick backs and buddy system incentives. It always amazes me the money they get out af a showline breed puppy as to what alot of working dog breeders get for a dog that can work as well as look good the true beauty and correctness is the  utility of the breed.

Looks like what Helmut Raiser described as a GSD in the front and a frog in the back - or words to that effect. Poor guy.
