nothing to do with the topic, im new on this thread, how many of you compete in ipo at a national to world level now.
does this thread have top trainers as mentioned giving advise?
the way i see it if im going to be advised on what to do in training, i think i want to hear it by a top guy in ipo
and if this thread does not have top trainers on it, please tellMe and you wont hear from me again

I don't mean to offend, i guess i just want to get answers about training and the people with experience
Blow me off. The people with no experience are Cool and they love to hang out.

TELLME, I THINK WE KNOW WHAT YOU HANG WITH, WITH NO NOTHING TO OFFER AND I DO NOT THINK YOU WANT TO OFFER ,ONLY TO OFFEND THOSE WHO KNOW AND CARE,THERE ARE VERY SMART AND QUALITY PEOPLE ON THIS SITE.......IFIND THEM VERY HELPFUL FOR THOSE WHO WANT AND NEED IT.

IMO, clubs and training should be of an atmosphere that encourage questions and learning allowing for growth, regardless of the trainer. Nothing worse than having a trainer (teacher) that wants you to stay in "first grade". However, one should be silent and pay attention when other dogs are training and ask questions during the transition between handlers/dogs on the field - while your dog may be younger or you are a novice, you may find yourself addressing the same exercises/issues later. There is as much knowledge to be gained while watching others as there is when one is training - maybe even moreso since you get to see a variety of dogs at various levels.
On a side note, those listed above that I know encourage questions - and no question is a stupid question. In fact, I often hear Dean say that he hopes that one goes on and grows to the point to teach him something someday...
