why don't you enlighten us about this situation.  from my perspective this is a complete no brainer solution - send lord's paper to his owner.  why has this not been done?

Tie a string around your finger, Lovingit, so you dont loose the finger, and find the papers for Lord and get them signed, or forge them and send them US Trace it, Mail, with return signature certified, and we will all be happy.. No donkey kong no snail mail, get it done.

Hi Everyone, Thank you for all your help. Coming to this board was a last resort, since emails and phone calls didn't work, neither did a registered letter demanding Lord's papers or my money back. After I got this email, I emailed her right back and never got a reply! Here is a copy of the only email I got after I sent that letter: "We received your letter in regards to Lord's papers. Lord was imported from Europe by Gina Valetutti and the papers would be mailed to her directly from Europe. We emailed Gina today, May 12, 2008, and asked her to mail you the papers for Lord to the address you provided on your letterhead.. Let me know if you do not hear from Gina or get the papers in the next week or two. Gina's phone number is :1-xxx-xxx-xxxx if you need to contact her directly and her email is xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx I am sorry you have had a difficult time contacting me. I no longer breed or raise dogs, due to health reasons and a change of lifestyle, so I do not check my email very often. Beth

I think I remember posting that your contract is with her.  It's incumbent on her to fullfil the obligations of the contract.  Nobody else.  I would still strongly suggest that you take the matter to court.  Contract has been breached on her part.

B. Coats and Gina screwed my friend out of a dog that my friend paid to import. B.Coats is bargining with her Karma and obviously losing.

THIS GROUP OF WOMEN ARE A GROUP THAT CARRIES A NAME OF    SOMETHING LIKE   SOUTH CAROLINA GERMAN SHEPHERDS OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT...NOT SURE HOW THEY DO THEIR ADVERTISING BUT I SAW THEM ADVERTISE IN DOG FANCY A FEW YEARS AGO...AND BETH COATS NAME WAS AMONG SOME OF THEM..MAY HAVE A DIFFERENT STATE. .

It was Team Carolina.  There were several kennels involved including vom Eichen Hugel (B. Coats Kennel). From what I understand the Team Carolina website has been taken down. It was a really good concept, but I guess it just didn't work.

Which dog owner?  They're not just some damn commodity and I haven't seen Lord's owner post anything saying that they're in contact with you and "working on it".

Where are the papers and why aren't they in a FedEx envelope ready to go tomorrow since it's "night time" there?
