The WDA is hosting it? The NATIONAL organization is hosting this, but not a peep about it on the WDA website? Hmmmm "Central NJ" does NOT answer the question. Frankly, I don't know whether that means Garden City, Hoboken, Newark, Cherry Hill, West Kukamonga. Schedule? No, NOT given, as there is no indication of whether all 3 phases are each day; one day entirely devoted to one phase; etc. Apparently, you just don't know. Thanks for the "heads up," but this degree of public disorganization does not bode well. I'll pass.

I'd go. Moreover, I'd be one of the first 30 to enter so I can be IN it as soon as the entry info is available and I know the date doesn't conflict with my existing schedule for November. That's a hell of an attractive line-up at a super price, and a reception and box lunches included? I'm thinking deal of the century.

No matter where it is in NJ, Newark is the closest major airport... because its the ONLY major airport in NJ. LOL

Thanks for the airport info, Shelley. Just another bit of BASIC necessary info that had not been forthcoming. I had NO idea that there was only one airport in the whole state! WOW! Of course, New Jersey is a LOT closer to Pennsylvania and Ohio than it is to Wisconsin, Washington and California, so you "locals" don't require as much information to make your decisions. If told it was "Northern Oregon" or "Eastern Idaho" I'd have the same perspective on it that you do. :-)

a friend of a friend of mine trains with Carlos Rojas so he will find out if this is connected to the masters which I think it is

i will let you know

if it is, i don't care if the box lunch is round and has special sauce and lettuce and cheese cause I am gonna be there!!

Pat, you forgot "on a sesame seed bun"! :-) I would not be surprised if it were hosted by Rojas, or by James Honda, or both. Frankly it seems logical, certainly more so than the WDA itself hosting it. :-) I attended one of Wallace's seminars ans it was excellent and well worthwhile.

Thanks for giving the dates even if the rest of the info is kind of spotty right now.  I appreciate the heads up!

this has absolutely nothing to do with the masters tournament

the wda is putting on it's first national training seminar

the ad is on the last page of the wda magazine

You would think that a national training seminar would be reflected on the organization's website. Hmmm I would also think that a "national" training seminar would be more than a two-day event. But, maybe the length of time is due to it being a pilot event, and the schedules of the instructors, especially given the time of year (going into "the holiday season"). A national or regional training seminar sounds like a grand idea, especially if it were to be a minimum week-long event, somewhere with great tracking and temperate weather and instructors who can really communicate.
